Strength, flexibility, and resistance
The Tri-Tex polymer division for the construction industry produces industry leading acrylics and styrene acrylics in emulsion polymers.

A wide variety of products with a glass transition temperature (Tg) ranging from -50°C to +70°C is available to for use in the many diverse fields of the construction industry.

This product line includes adhesives, sealants, caulking, cement and concrete admixtures, EIFS, elastomeric membrane, epoxy flooring, and waterproofing products for the roofing industry.

Our innovative R&D team can also work in close collaboration with our customers to develop customized acrylics and styrene acrylic emulsion polymers to suit any needs.

EIFS



The ISPRO acrylic coatings offer superior energy efficiency and several aesthetic possibilities.

ISPRO offers you an almost unlimited choice of colors, several types of finishing, and a variety of moldings, arches, decorative bands, and custom made cornices and columns.  The only limitation is your imagination.

Furthermore, the ISPRO acrylic coating system can be applied to almost all existing surfaces or new constructions. We are also proud to mention that ISPRO coatings were developed in Quebec and are perfectly adapted to North American climatic variations.

ISPRO System
  1. ISPRO EPS System
    Conventionnel system used mostly in residential and commercial construction.  Its application was well appreciated by constructors who wanted to refresh and insulate their projects.
  2. ISPRO HC System
    Mostly used for commercial and institutional projects where a higher impact resistance is required.
  3. ISPRO Green System
    The application of the adhesive base forms ribbon strip irrigation channels to evacuate humidity behind the system.
  4. ISPRO Green System Plus
    State of the art system where insulation board has channels formed in a pattern to evacuate all risks of humidity forming behind the system.
  5. ISPRO ICF System (Insulated concrete forms)
    System designed for ICF blocks. Direct application to the blocks will provide a stucco look.
  6. ISPRO PB System (cement board)
    System developed for application on cement boards for greater impact force. Mostly used in commercial and institutional; (low rise) but may also used for residential projects.
FAQ
  1. Can the Ispro system be installed on foundations?
    Yes.  Foundation must not be painted and be free of debris. For maximum bond, a coat of adhesive base must be applied before the finish coat.
  2. Can the Ispro base coat & finish coat be applied directly on wood ?
    No, Ispro products are not designed to be applied directly on wood.
  3. What is my choice of Ispro colors ?
    Ispro offers a standard color chart, but if you have a specific color request, a color match can be made to meet your needs.
  4. Can I install the Ispro system myself?
    The Ispro systems can only be applied by certified applicators. The crucial part of the system relies on the proper detailing of the application.  Ispro has a list of qualified applicators that can help you with your project. Please contact our customer service department for more information.
  5. What is the life expectancy of the Ispro product?
    If all recommended maintenance is performed the system can last for many years. Ispro has many systems installed in the early 80`s that are still performing today.
  6. What is the warranty of the Ispro products?
    Ispro offers different types of warranties for different types of systems. We suggest you contact our technical department to discuss which system will best meet the needs of your project.
